Jim Borden & Joan Borden

Jim and Joan grew up in rural Pennsylvania and both had early training in the habits and behaviors of wildlife. Jim has traveled considerably while hunting animals and in more recent years has decided to pursue animals with cameras. Photographing animals without disturbing them or their habitat is important to Jim and Joan.

Nikon D300 and D80 cameras equipped with Nikon Telephoto lenses are used in photographing the birds and wildlife. Photos are taken in RAW and are post processed with Photoshop.

Our Eagle photography is done with long lenses and flight shots are usually the result of many hours of waiting and observing before the Eagle decides it is time to move to another spot. Eagles in our photographs have been done in Pennsylvania.
